12 months roadside assistance

If your car breaks down and you need assistance with flat tyres, flat batteries, out of fuel , or even locked out bravoaouto Roadside Assistance team will send help and seek to repair the car at the roadside.

If you break down and your car is unable to be safely driven, then our roadside assistance will transport you and your vehicle back to the bravoauto Store within 50 km. Otherwise it will be taken to the nearest authorised service centre if during business hours.

If after hours, your vehicle may be transported home or held at the towing company depot for transport to the repairer the next business day. Once the vehicle has been delivered to a place of repair, any further towing for the current breakdown will be at your expense.

In the event of a major vehicle breakdown more than 100 km from your registered residence (which sidelines your vehicle for more than 48 hrs) bravoauto roadside assistance will assist you with Car Hire and Emergency Accommodation costs.

In the event of an accident where the registered vehicle is involved, and the driver or passengers require the services of an ambulance as a result of that accident, bravoauto roadside assistance will assist with ambulance cost.

In the event your car needs towing, the fee is free up to 50 km, any towing in excess will be charged at prevailing rates. An excess may apply to areas that are more than 50 km from the nearest provider.
